My first thought was that they were saying the mom drank caffeine while preggo and had a three-headed baby.
Looking at it more I just got confused...lol...so I'm going with my first thought!
that is messed up... i'm so confused!
the illustrator is dumb if the picture is of a three headed kid, because overconsumption of caffeine (+300 mg day) during pregnancy doesn't run the risk of PHYSICAL birth defects, but the risk of COGNITIVE effects.
geesh. LOL!
My first impression is a mom with a crying baby, but now I'm not really sure.
